A "chance" meeting at Rancho La Puerta has made a big difference!

Watch this space for exciting news on this!!

"True happiness comes when we connect authentically with people around us

and live in line with our inner values.

In Your Own Skin encourages this in a truly unique and memorable way,

with people of all ages and backgrounds revealing something about their inner selves.

It's a simple, but astonishingly powerful, idea and the wonderful images

and hidden truths in this book will not only make you think,

they'll make you smile and want to share them with others too."
-Mark Williamson, Director, Action for Happiness

On May 7th Katheryn presented her new

"In Your Own Skin"

Participatory Slide Show & Dialogue (Dartington) at the Tagore Festival

along with 100 other poets, authors, dancers, musicians, activists and philosophers from around the globe.

"We live in the world when we love it." -Rabindranath Tagore

Katheryn Trenshaw facilitated a dynamic new creative dialogue on "In Your Own Skin." This is a new project bridging the worlds of art, poetry & body. What is revealed individually and wholeheartedly tells the story of who we are in a world searching for wholism in the face of political, econimic, ecolological, psycholo-somatic transitions.

Many more opportunities soon to come join in and explore what this means to you, your community and your world.

The Thames Bridges Bike Fundraiser

Katheryn and her 11 year old son Orion succeeded in completing the challenge of a

33 mile cycle ride to help raise important funds for the Stroke Association. Stroke is the 3rd cause of death in the UK. And, for a few more weeks you can still sponsor us for this wonderful charity event which took place in London and involved crossing 14 bridge and, in the end thanks to a lack of overland weekend train from Kew, 63 miles of cycling in one day.

Thanks for all of your amazing and generous support! Love from us, K and O

For further details, see Lucy Seigel's article from the Observer 8 May 2005.
