This work explores the freedom in remembering and BEing as you are right now in this moment. This practice-less practice is about being at home in yourself. Awareness of your body, sexuality, creativity, heart and spirit allows you the luxury and deep pleasure of participating fully in your own existence. We will use sitting, inquiry, art and movement to explore becoming a space through which your presence and passion for life can flow.
We will:
• expand our ease with the deep masculine and deep feminine
• increase our energy and body awareness
• explore our innate creative power
• refine our clarity about what is real and valuable to us
• deepen our understanding of effortlessly being alive
It is simple.
There is nothing to change.
It is not about what "would be", "could be", "should be", but what is real.
It is not about self-improvement.
It is about freedom.

The workshops can be done individually or as a series.
By working in a small and intimate group participants receive generous individual attention.
* Most Devon Weekend Courses begin on Friday evening at 7pm and end Sunday at 2pm. Venue in Devon, near Totnes. Tuition Cost £135 (£125 early booking 2 months in advance or 2 booking together where one person is new to the work.)
This course is non-residential. A B&B list is available on request.
Please book early to ensure your place. Group size limited to 12 participants.
